The Vitamix machine is equipped with specially designed blades that grind whole grains into fresh flours, mix batter, and simulate the kneading process to easily prepare dough for baking. The blades in the dry grains container are specifically designed to create a reverse vortex, pushing dry ingredients away from the blades to prevent packing.
The laser-cut, stainless-steel Hammer mill and cutting blades measure 2.8 inches in diameter, ensuring a consistent blend every time. The Vitamix container is clearly marked with ounce and cup measurements, and even the lid plug has a 2-ounce Measurement Line, making it easy to measure and control the ingredients.
The angle of the spill-proof container spout allows you to serve blends with a mess-free pour. Additionally, the Vitamix Machine can clean itself in 30 to 60 seconds with a drop of dish soap and warm water, making the cleaning process effortless.
It is important to note that the Vitamix container is BPA-FREE and not compatible with the Vitamix Ascent or Venturist series machines.
